Day of Pearson's Arrest- JAN 3rd, 2014
The image to the left was taken while Pearson's was in police custody during his still questionable arrest, in which he was ultimately charged with 'leaving the scene of an accident' & 'resisting arrest'. The reason his arrest is so confusing is because the 64 year old's driver license indicates that he is Deaf, in addition to his driver's side door has a placard that says "Driver Is Deaf". Another concerning mystery regarding this questionable arrest and beating is that this noticeably deaf  man was never provided with an interpreter while in the care of Oklahoma City law enforcement. That means not during the time of booking, not during his time at the hospital, nor his time in jail despite his multiple requests for one.

Day After Pearson's Arrest - Jan 4th, 2014
Pearl and his attorney claim that he is completely innocent of the charges, and additionally that the Oklahoma City resident, who is also the father of a police officer, remains unaware of why he was pulled over, arrested or beaten! Pearson says that after he pulled over, began rolling down his window expecting the officer to ask for his identification, but instead was immediately punched in the face by the officer as the was rolling down his window. The images below, which was taken on 3 consecutive days following the incident, clearly provide proof that he was struck in the face multiple times!
